Well, since I know not everyone reads the Maloria forums (seeing as how I don't read the private forums for other servers), I've decided to post a thread with every update that I've added to Maloria, since I started working there again a few months ago (about 6), in hopes that some of you are not missing out on some fun stuff. Not sure if I missed anything, but these are most of the updates. Hopefully you'll all find something interesting amongst these updates, in hopes that you can better enjoy Maloria. Please take note that all suggestions for improvements can be suggested here, or personally to any staff member. When it comes down to the truth, we wouldn't be anything without the great players that play Maloria day in and day out.

NOTE: These are only updates that I've taken the liberty to make threads for, because they required explanation. I have made other contributions to the server as well, but these are only the ones which have already been explained for you in seperate threads. You can play Maloria and find out exactly how each of these updates work and which ones I didn't create threads for.

Is there a way to tell if somebody has sent you a pm yet, or are those still virtually useless?

Last I went to Maloria, if I pm'ed somebody, the only way they would know I pm'ed them is if they randomly checked F7. Those on Maloria that I've discussed the problem with have merely brushed it off and said "Just keep F7 open when playing".

Given the nature of the combat system in Maloria, I think it is simply asinine that the administration thinks it fit to reply with "just keep F7 open", especially given that Zodiac has come up with a perfect solution.

I dont complain on that, I keep F7 open at all times on all servers. But yes, I do understand what you mean.. it would be better to be *told* on player when you recive a PM.

Same, in the whole time i've played graal i have the F7 list open. But it would be nice to go full screen and be warned that i have had a PM and then just F7

Only problem with Zodiacs is that it only has the Private message image, it would be good if there were a blue one if it was a mass or not.

It does recognize the type of PM.

The F7 menu is way too distracting for me when I'm actually playing. I like to see everything going on my screen near my character. Can't stand the idea that I could see a lot more, but don't because I have the F7 menu open.

I only open the F7 menu when I'm not playing and I'm just talking. Most people are like this, I find. Unless there's something that shows them on the player screen that they have a PM, they aren't going to just keep F7 open while trying to play the game.
