I am very offended about how staff run gk, ban here, ban there, create items for me, ban them, use the leveling bug for me, ban them.

That isn't racism, that's someone saying they don't speak enough of another language to understand it.

Your edited thread is still not within the rules. If you have a complaint about a staff member, you should persue the proper channels to voice it. This forum is not the proper channel.
