I Can't Even Upgrade an Account Right

Sigh. I cannot even describe the levels of my own stupidity.

I wanted to upgrade my other account to VIP. Mainly to get access to the Communication Center. So, I log in to Graalonline, as I have often done, and I click the link UPGRADE TO VIP FOR ONLY 19$. Seeing the only 19$ option that didn't have GOLD in it on there (and it being late at night and me not being fully mentally there) I ordered it. Turns out it was "CLASSIC ACCESS, which is viewing-access to the CC, access to all Classic servers, and the Xmas package. It also turns out there was no option to upgrade to VIP for 19$.

Considering my other account was already expired Gold, I had this already (minus the Christmas items.) The Christmas items have already mysteriously disappeared for whatever reason. I'm stuck with paying 19$ for something I already have. I am an idiot. Shower me with flames.

I don't think it was the wrong account, he is just saying the account he wanted to upgrade to VIP, already had an expired gold, so it already had access to classic servers and viewing of the communications center.

A lot of people have been complaining about vanishing Christmas items. I smell a scamt!

Yes, my Christmas items disappeared. I hope to use that as a ploy to say "HEY, considering I just paid 19 bucks for no advantage I didn't already have, could I just have that refunded?"

But, I guess no refunds means no refunds, I'll see what happens if they ever reply to my support ticket.

I'd love to give you hope, but truly, there isn't the slightest possibility of a refund.

Regardless, submit a support ticket. This "Christmas Package" doesn't seem to be working exactly as planned...
