Is there anyway to make a character, when entering a certain map, make them small. I.E. a world map? I've seen it done on Valikorlia.

It's not a Gani, it's a script, because otherwise, they'd have to make everysingle head on there a copy and small...

O_o how would you go about making people small then?

Edit: I know how to replace the ani's but in Graalshop, how can you make the body smaller and head smaller?

Take all the sprites needed, and find the x/y/w/h of them.
Put them in an array.
Show the sprites with the offsets used in the gani, divided by 2.
Change the zoom of the sprites to .5

It's not working for bodies
They were scripting it I think, using special graphics, not zooming the player directly.
It is planned that ganis can be zoomed (in v4), but it is not working yet.

I've tried everything possible to make heads small. I've tried ZOOMEFFECT with the notepad onto a gani, yet, no avail. Anyone?

Yes, opening the gani in notepad.

I tried ZOOMEFFECT 200 .5

which 200 was i believe the head down sprite, so i tried the other 3 directions, then i tried the gani in a level, and nothing.
