Sky World Scripters

This project is just called SKY WORLD for now and it's on the server Shangri-la. It's a world directly above the island world.

The theme is a future sky world and space. It's a world all about scale and seeing things the size they should be. Players start off with nothing and can go through a training course to join the Sky Patrol in one of a few different groups. Once you join you get a basic pistol and your helmet (which we already have made). These different groups can work together and fight each other... take over different buildings around the area and work to upgrade their weapon skill.

SCRIPTERS - Can do a bunch of things as long as they stay along the futuristic theme.

*Hover cars and other hover vehicles need to be scripted
*More weapons
*We currently have a HUGE hotel building which we want to fill with something where the players can rent a room and arrange it how they want. Private rooms which are more expensive are on the top of the building with a pool.
*Missions. After joining one of the sets of sky troopers there are going to be about 10 missions to go through to gain more power. I have the story line started so far and it is pretty good. It involves regaining control of one of the sky islands and tracking down a leader of a corporation that is killing off people for money... uhh yeah something like that.
*Any other npc that would fit... There are so many ideas that work here. Futuristic is the only thing to keep in mind.
*Way to make money.

GRAPHICS - Not something we necessarily need but if you’re really good I wouldn't mind having someone else to help the nats out with graphics for things when I'm busy. I don't want anything to look bad on the server though so I’m extremely picky here.

I'm handling the outside world design. I want to keep it constant. But I do have a couple other people that do insides of buildings currently.

How is this going to be different than other servers like it? Sure it has gun fighting and trading etc but there will be plenty of places just to hang out and have a good time. It's up the the scripters to be creative.

The island world can be warped to from a portal thing.
It's right below it but you start at the sky place default.

I could have sworn i already posted to this thread, or it was only a dream. Either way, i really love this Sky World, and your style is good and effective. Nice work, once again.

I also notice Shangri La has changed alot, looks so much better since you first started, love the development.
