how do i give other players RCs to be staff on my server?

Look in server options for
staff='Account here'
To add someone it'll be
staff=excaliber7388,xAndrewx,anotheronehere
Once they're added, you'd need to find their IP Range
"/open 'account'"
The IP is in there, note it down and then add it to their rights.
"/openrights 'account'"
Once you've added an IP Range, they should be able to log onto your playerworld.

Okay, forget last post X_X.
Anyway, I'm haveing trouble again with the RC, only this time, it's everyone with and RC having the problems. We can't open the heads folder to update head GFX. It always says the same thing-"Decompression error!" I think it's because there's too many GFX in the folder, and not enough memory to upload them, but obviously, I can't get in to modify them. Any suggestions?

You have too many heads in one folder or something like that.

Use the search tool and you'll find what you need.
