I'm not to keen on it. Seems very cluttered and messy to me.
Mind you I always have had pretty plain backgrounds and right now I only have four icons on my desktop. I like it to look neat.

Its a rather interesting idea, the collage of images probably has meaning to you, and just by looking around your desktop, I bet you'd find many interesting things with a interesting story behind it.

a lot of the screenshots are from the early days of graal, and several are from when graal was only one server. the older ones are more faded than the newer ones, to show that they may wither with age but will never vanish. Those memories were the best

Much too hard on the eyes. Try using some brightness/contrast to dim it down a bit. It's just way too busy for a desktop wallpaper. My eyes are strained by all of the images. It's a very good idea though and has intrigued me to create one of my own.
