How in the world do you insert html into the server start message? I done it a while back but now i can't remember how

And I know this is gonna get some posts like "omg geo your an idiot" and all i can say to those people is... i feel sorry for you

1- it must be completely in html
2- type it up =P
3- cant remember which format the server message uses.. if it's .doc then save all of your html code as a .doc and you need the serverflag server.gamerunning=1 to make it appear.
