Playerworld ....rules?

i was just pondering on something.
Yes graalonline has rules.
which means each server should follow the rules.
but is a server allowed to add on / alter the rules, and than make you abide by them!?
isn't the graalonline list of rules and conduct good enough for them!?
i was wondering.....why are playerworlds allowed to make their own rules of cunduct when the graalonline ones should be good enough?
a playerworld could add some crazy rules like, if your nickname starts with S you are automaticly banned.
i think that all playerworlds should not be allowed to make up their own rules but must follow the rules of graalonline conduct.
what do you guys think ;O

Spark910 has a spectacular aura about
Playerworlds often add onto it to make it suit their playerworld. As the graalonline code of conduct can't cover all server styles, such as RP.

when i made this thread i was thinking of era....

but still, maybe graalonline should make some rules covering role playing style servers then, the issue still stands, what is stopping playerworlds from making insaine rules!?

Server rules cannot conflict with the Graal Rules, their rules must be fasioned using the Graal rules as a guideline.

It's like the U.S. government: In a conflict, federal law rules over state law, just as GraalOnline rules rule over PW rules

a sever cant just make a rule where your banned when your name starts with an S.

but GO cant cover everything, why do you think theres STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS. They can't cover everything either

This is somewhat how Era works, we use the Graal Online rules as a base.

No! Absolutely not. The last thing needed is something that governs role playing :/ If the manager of a playerworld cannot make rules that are practically parallel to GO's then why should they run a playerworld?
