I have banned this IP because it is the IP used to create a account upgraded with Credit Card Fraud, this was a very big fraud (Close to 20 accounts) and this account was the first upgraded !

I will not give any details because Police have been contacted ...
So this IP will not be unbanned until we known who have made this Fraud.

I you didn't add enough reason to not let someone else upgrade your account, you will have another one ! Ip Ban !

why only my ip got banned?
I know people that got they second acc upgraded to.

and im the only one who got banned.

Unlucky your the 1st. But I guess most people may upgrade their own first. As no point doing things for someone else without helping yourself out a bit, so you'll have to wait.
