Opt Speed

What would be the best general settings such as video, audio, and so forth to raise speed. I have a Powerful pc with a cable connection, but i still seem to lag.

Celeron processors or Compaq's, throw em out. Get am AMD 2300+, and you also need a Radeion 9600XT or a 9800Pro. Then atleast 512DDR RAM, if not 1024DDR RAM. You can get lower specs if you like, but Graal requires alot, even more then Counter-strike... Weird.

Give us this information:
ram
video card
processor

you can tweak your internet, but never let your ISP know, or they will take you out back and shoot you. (cap your up/download)

It ALWAYS helps speed my graal up.

Graal doesnt take that much..At around Graal v1.39 or around there my 233MHZ P1, 32 SDRAM (i think it was SDRAM), and my ATI RAGE graphics card could handle it well. (The os was win95)

If you're talking about specs for graal, all you should really need is a computer thats around 800 MHZ (even a celeron will do), 128 MEGS of ram (256 if you're using windows xp) and hell your MOTHER BOARD GRAPHICS CARD would work just fine. If not go get a cheap ATI Radeon 9200 and that should work even better. :3
