The information provided by PayByCash is more accurate than what we can tell you since they're the ones who are actually handling the payment. Sometimes mail is lost - but it's hardly been 2 business weeks, so I'm not surprised that they haven't received it yet.
If you want to contact
us, please do as everyone suggested and create a ticket in
our support center. Remaking threads that have been closed is against the rules, and it won't help to resolve these types of issues anyway.
