I STILL aint upgraded

I renewed it on new years day and I didnt receive my subscrition from the check I sent.I live in QUEBEC witch is RIGHT NEXT TO USA.

I dunno.I mailed the check with the instructions to pay pal but how long will this take?I ordered somthign from the other side of the world and I got it in 6 days and this is taking MONTHS!At this rate my acc will expire

Use the support center ticket may be, we could check then if there was a problem with the transaction.

I got the support thingy in my email cuase I emailed them back and they replyed

We have not received your payment in the mail yet. As soon as we receive your
payment, we will process your registration and send you a confirmation email.

It is hard for us to say exactly how long it will take for your payment to
arrive, since this is *ENTIRELY* up to the postal service. We generally find
that for customers within the USA it takes 4-7 days, and outside the USA it
generally takes 10-14 days. I assure you that once we receive your payment, we
will process it as quickly as possible.

Just to add a little bit of info:

You received a detailed explanation of why it takes so long in your other thread.

The information provided by PayByCash is more accurate than what we can tell you since they're the ones who are actually handling the payment. Sometimes mail is lost - but it's hardly been 2 business weeks, so I'm not surprised that they haven't received it yet.

If you want to contact us, please do as everyone suggested and create a ticket in our support center. Remaking threads that have been closed is against the rules, and it won't help to resolve these types of issues anyway.
