Friend's account banned globally

My friends acct (Poodie) has been banned globably and we dont even know why ...

The reason given is: "Existing in the form of a humanoid quantum singularity -Tyhm, 8/27/03"

Can someone help us with this?

He deleted a servers level. He was supposed to be unbannd already

I don't understand why his ban reason says that.
It doesn't really help him figure out why he was banned.

Next time contacting the accounts admin directly would be a good idea:

And out of interest, why is he being unbanned if he deleted a servers levels? That carries a global ban.. and I dont think it gets lifted?

How Angel said it, it looks like he only deleted a single level.

I contacted both Tyhm and unixmad about the issue and I didnt know who else to talk to

The thing is that he made the level for a server and was getting fired so he took it back.

I thought the proper procedure was to request that the level be removed, then if the staff refuse to do so, you take it to the PWA.
