kelerabody.png and newbie head

Sometimes when a playerworld i play on doesent have kelerabody.png or a head i favor i get it uploaded but lately it seems when i try to get kelerabody.png uploaded its all weird and has a a patch of grass around it and the head i like (cookieshead14.png) Shows up as a newbie head on the playerlist...Can someone help me out?

I think you should put this in either Bugs,or Graphics.I'm not sure what to do.
