Tileset Problems.

Alright. A friend of mine is having problems with their tileset on kingdoms and I'm not sure what to do to fix it. Tiles work fine on classic, and they also show up correctly in Training Mode. Attached is a screenshot to show the problem.

That happpens to me when I try to log on,on a trial account/or non-gold. The graphics just load alot slower,or not at all when it sees your a trial user.

Well, they're planning on upgrading to gold, I'm just wondering if they should despite this problem. Anyone have experience with this?
