I. Introduction to Chateu Playerworld

Lost in an ageless, drifting void that is only known as the Chateu, an ancient world of evil resides. Lands of darkness, covered in calamity are scattered shadows that lurk in every corner. There is no moon, sun, or light in the Chateu dimension. In the center of this world stands a burning tower that gives off a radiating eerie purple fire that has glowed since the earliest of days. This land is the center of all evil and destruction. No one can enter, no one can leave. Welcome to hell. There is no way out of this nightmare.

II. Shadows of Chateu

+ Vampire: The vampire can transform into bats, reaching new undiscovered areas. Also, vamps can suck the souls out of its enemies, some souls require a full "soul gauge" to aquire and others do not. By absorbing a creature's soul you aquire a temporary new power.

+ Ghost: The ghost can travel through some walls and areas with ease. By visiting special temples, tombstones, graveyards and the alike; ghosts can become other spirits and change their appearance and current attributes until they decide to find another resting place of the deceased.

+ Demon: The demon is creature that becomes stronger as it kills, but much weaker when it stops consuming the life of the pure. When a creature or something living is killed at the hands of a demon, it changes into a different beast or monster, depending on what was previously killed. The creature's are fused together with the demon's cells to carry over their properties. However, after so much killing, a demon will become too weak and have to rest, returning to normal.

III. Events & Mini-games

There will be plenty of "Seek n' Destory", a game where you must slay a randomy selected player in a certain amount of time. Not to mention "Sacred Sorrow", a mini-game in which the player must catch teardrops in the maiden's hands or else she'll drown.

Wow, incredible! Heh, I must say, you are probably the best person in Graal for creating ideas and story...your past ideas are great, and this one is no different.

Yeah it's defintely a great change of pace. He should either make the vampire different or change it to a reaper though.

Not exactly. The general view on a vampire, I think, if they leach some aspect of life from a victim. Blood and a soul are both symbols of life, so the soul works fine. Not to mention it just seems alot better then blood for this game =P.

Nah, it's just an idea for right now. I wanted to see the public's reaction first. It could go far though. There's no completely evil playerworld out there, it's always balanced and what not. Well, Chateu would take care of that.

As for the blood sucking vampires, they can also steal souls from what I've read and gathered. Reapers do sound cool though, but vampires would be easier to update and characterize. Perhaps there could be a way to use the creature's blood to do something instead of eating souls.

And Soul Blade, thanks a bunch! Means a lot coming from you. Your graphics are still superior. Shifting Ages will be a sight to see. Too bad storyboarding is the only thing I'm really that good at.

Heh, to bad? Any skill I have can be taught, you have a great natural talent. I could only dream to have some with your skills helping me...ideas, story, planning...that is what truly makes the world live. Every time I see a post by you sharing your ideas and stories, it makes me want to work with you. Keep it up, it is great.

Truthfully? I don't know. Like I said, it's just an idea that's being tossed about. It would certainly be fun though. If it is fun, I'd be more motivated to complete it.

Besides, Rhune was more of a combination of every other playerworld so it didn't really stand out from the crowd. This is much different.

Soul Blade, I'd love to help with Shifting Ages. I'll do my best to help. I'm sort of busy at the moment though with outside things.

Just curious on how it will work. So you will be in a world of the dead, and will steal the souls and such from people of the world of the living? Or is it more like Demons Crest from SNES?
