How about make it that the color of your head makes your hand that color to? and Somebody make a White skin/head and a black long hair!

The people doing the graphics (Not sure if it's stefan or not, *shrug*) just have to change the color of the skin in the bodies (The visible skin on some bodies), and the skin color on the arm graphics.

Yesh. If the graphics were planned for variable skintone from the beginning, it'd be clothes over skin graphics...naturally, such is not the case. With a good batcher one could hypothetically attatch skin under clothes ganis for every gani on G2K2...hypothetically.
