about setbackpals

is there anyways to use the normal
pics1.png with
setbackpal
(I am using setbackpal for people who dont see light effects)

but like some of the tiles dont show up then

for my day/night I am doing something like this

if(onmap){
if(lighteffectsenabled){
//does code that I use for day night right now
}else{
//does backpal code
}
}

but like with setbackpal
it doesn't show all the tiles...

I dont use setbackpal that much but im sure that it does work on all the tiles it just doesnt work with npcs unless you set the npc to do it thats why seteffect is better =P

Erm... setbackpal pics1.png should revert back to the normal palette used by graal. It's strange that some tiles don't show up then since they all just work for me when I do that.

for me when I use
setbackpal

it only shows the really old pics1.png

wtf?

it just did it a sec ago...

humm oh well...

it works fine now lol

oh well thanks anyways...
