Depends on what is exactly on the console. Will it be Graal 3d? Or, for example, just an offline Graal Classic?

I doubt anything like this would go through.

The only console I can actually see Graal on would be a gameboy with "Classic" like graphics.

My question is why is this thread coming up again.... I mean its already old news that graal has indeed plans to be ported to other consoles.

GC and 3D with GBA connectivity to possibly take care of a bomy pet or decorate your house or something.

I'll vote "Don't care!" because there's no option for "I don't own a console"

If it's in 3D, then I will consider buying it, but I would first have to find out if what genre it will be classified as and how the gameplay will be like.

The GBA project was stopped. Main reason the team were players. You need experience people to make such things. And no Stefan really wants graal on a console. Its in graals best intrest to do so if it could, as it would bring alot of publicity, and new people to the online community. The only problem is lack of skills to do so, and current projects being made.

If in the event Graal went to console/handheld platform, I highly doubt I'd buy it. I seldom play Graal, I don't even have the client on this computer.

Well I would say no if it was like anything online right now. But id say yes if it was a great RPG.

I'm assuming it would be following a storyline to something similar to what is online right now, or I could be wrong. But in anycase, I don't think I'd buy it.

Be kinda dumb to go Nintendo, which has only ~10 million units out, when Sony has over 40 million systems out.

I can't see Graal being a success on any console, except the Gamboy due to the fact that the majority of console owners expect a little more graphical wise and single player mode out of their games. Graal was made to be a MMORPG and I think it's best it stays that and tries not to go to console. There is very little single player play time in Graal and unless they get a great story writer before they even start making anything else for the game because Graal currently would be awful on a console.

Although the Gameboy project was stopped, I think, is a shame because I think that was one of the good ways for Graal to get publicity and more players.

Attracting players to games like this is rather difficult with all the other similar games which have better graphics etc. There are few 2D gamers these days. Even though most of the popular 3D MMORPGs thousands of people play, they have to pay a fortune for when Graal is cheap.

The GBA project was stalled because there is currently no chance to make it a commerical product so it wouldn't be good if we spend a lot of time on it instead of working on the other versions. The new Graal v3 can be compiled on PS2 and Xbox with a few modifications, will probably concentrate on PS2 because it gives more freedom about the networking (you could play against PC players). The Xbox things are controlled by big company and would require good contacts to distribute it on that platform.
Graal on console would be an online game of course, possibly with some offline mode too but we don't know yet.
