Firstly this should be in the Graal Kingdoms fourm.

Anyways all you need is a house flag which you can get on the kingdom islands. Cost 100 plat I think.
Then you need the minerals. Not exactly sure how many you need but I think it's 300 nails, 50 logs and 90 stones but I could be wrong. More than likely am.

And you need to get some person in the kingdom where you want to place your house that has the *insert right they need here* to give you the okay for the site so you can start building.

I think it's 150 boards and 83 stones to be exact

I haven't made a house in months so I dunno if it changed or not though, but I don't think it did.
