Yeah i tohught about that after I posted the remark
As for charging i mean if we where reading the spells from books then yes charging would be needed in essence *the time it takes for you to read the spell*
But seeing as how the spells are commited to memory then in theory there is no charge or there is a very little charge time seeing as how you know it.
I agree with the none showing of spells to other characters tho, I mean they could easily counter before the spell is casted, and most people when I am trying to LvL magic simply have a go at me either saying :-
"That spell is laggy"
or they just block the spell or hit me constantly.
This is very frustrating and makes you want to wack them with your wand :grrr:
