due to my friend not having forum access i am posting this for him..... .

Ok so that would be step number 2, no one looses or gains exp after a PK.
Next, we cant have people dying "everywhere" (simply due to the fact
that when on a game, you cant trust everyone to act "civilized") So we need a
few "safe zones". I say we have them only in towns, or shops/buildings. (but not
in or around kingdom castles =P)

No safezones, no peaceful.:P
just somthing like if you kill somone within a town, a warrant is put out for you, and you are caught. then you go to a prison and your items are taken away. that would make people "civilized" and not kill in towns, thats what the country roads are for.
if you're smoothe maybe you can get away with it, and possibly you can get your items back somehow, but there needs to be a public execution of some sort.
