Baddys

can someone help me with baddy scripting ?
i just cant figure it out X.x

(yes i know basicly things like ''Baddy[index].x/y/etc.'')

but i need to know bout those things...

help...

I think you many find you can only ask questions, that sort of sounds like a whole script your asking for. Try and limit your question to what you want the baddie to do etc....

Have you ever scripted anything SIMILAR to a baddie or a bomby? You can't just ask for full scripts, learn to script a bit better before you ask for the better/harder scripts =/

And dont expect it to be quick, It coudl take you Months of learning before you get your Baddie script all done by you. Gotta be patient.

There are the variables compuscount and compus[num].x...look in commands.rtf about their meaning.

You could make all baddies attacking you by setting the mode of the baddies to the value for 'hunting'. Again, the values are found in commands.rtf (the text displayed right of the script).

An example for a scripted baddy can be found in the NPCs/Baddies selection. Place the pre-scripted baddy (the chinese character) in the level, enable it being hurted and select attack 'sword'. Then try to study the generated script.
