how to stop the lag

i think this should go here:
to do with our server crashing i must ask is it cause of the lag?

if so we dont need any of that stuff tat tells u about others
i think otherwise helping yourself it should be the admin msg

if it is lag thats causing it i think that might help
plus i also think a newbie when he starts has a 5 second invulnerable time once he gets up
too many pkers
same with people that say unstick me
they should be invulnerable for 2 seconds but if they slice their sword they lose it.

What do you guys think?
