I have 2 members that they get a fatal error when they try to get into the Guildcp to set there nicks.. I put there account names in correctly

I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem?

There are 3 options
1) they are using a wrong password
2) they have spaces in their accounts
3) you wrote the accounts names wrong :P
