making GFX

(i am a newbie to making gfx and stuff) alright, i made the graphic i saved it, i went into level editing i found my gfx and put it on an npc then, i close the npc scritping box, and the npc does not look like my gfx, it stays the same... i need help!

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying, but I can think of three problems it might be.

Another graphic in your Graal directory could be named the same, so it loads that one instead of yours. So, just rename your graphic differently.

Or, if you are talking about how after seeing your image in Graal, then editing it, and going back, it remains the same... this is because it does not reload the images, you'd need to exit Graal and restart it.

Or, your image may be too high-quality for Graal, too big, or something exceeding Graal's limitations.
