Charge up sword

It would be cool if you could charge up your sword stab much like Roy and Marth on SSBM

but who says you have to do a superduper charged spin?
maybe just amplified dmg or something to give you an advantage
and you cant move while charging
so if you get hit the charge fails.

i was thinking like, craft it with other gems for more power

craft a sword with a diamond and get piercing attack
pierces the armor of enemy
craft a sword with a gold and get a sword of shock
electrifies the enemy and freezes them momentairly
craft a sword with coal and coal and get a black sword
like darkens the players vision or something
craft with durby and get a sword of fire
like shoot fireblasts around yourself to make a sort of shield

just a few ideas
none would work im sure

a piercing sword would be awesome

diablo is cool though
fireswords aren't in diablo
they do firedmg but they dont shoot fireballs to make a shield of fire around you
and no such thing as sword of darkness that clouds the players vision

Maybe using different minerals to craft the blade to make it stronger.
Also before making new swords I think it would be a good idea to give the swords different attributes. Maybe something like this:
Steel Sword - quicker than the other , howver does least damage. 80% hit chance.
Twin Blade - Slower than steel. A little more power. About 65% hit chance.
Skull Sword - Slowest of the 3 but most powerful. Only 50% hit chance.
Thats just a rough suggestion but I think it be nice.
