Castle Crystals

Okay, has anyone noticed all the Castles have Crystals on 2k2? What do they do? Do they control what the castle does, or do they control the owner?

They signify who owns the kingdom i BELIEVE. If the kingdom is sonquered I think the crystal turns another color showing that another kingdom has power. SO if Dustari was red, and they conquered Zormite's blue crystal, Zormite's crystal would turn red.

I hate everyone. Now excuse me while I go murder a summoner to steal their espers, climb Mount Ordeals to become a Paladin, retreive the Black Materia and summon Meteor, then finish it off with combining two worlds with meteors.
