Gani?

I am trying to make a new gani but when i try to add a pic to it, it dose not work.
I have done it before and it worked.

I need to make a NEW jrock.gani

I an making the jrocks.gani with a diffrent pic...how could i make the pics show in the gani?

(i used the ADD button)
