Transparencies ...

Anyone know a graphix program (free ware) that is specifically easy in making transparencies ?

Microsoft Photo Editor, It comes with the Office (If u selected it)..
You can select a Percent of the colors that u want to make transparencies

I just use paint and I cant make crap! We maybe crap, but it's gonne be very deformed. 0.x
