How is this?

Okay, the left and top part aren't done but the right side is. How do you like it so far?

It's pretty good, but the main path is kind of bland in my opionion (doesn't matter too much)

Also, isn't there another way to dim the lights without using backpals?

Eh..Seteffects, but I prefer backpals, they are just easier to configure.

Ah alright, it just looks a little weird because the tree tops are a little brighter, etc.

Okay, I used seteffect, I am going to make it a little brighter, I also added some lamps and light effects so it looks like the lamp bulbs are bright/lit up.

Gah, you can't see the light effects. Here is a little shot so you can see the lights. Here, I will change the darkness later.

Yeah, I forgot that I still had the backpal. Here is a SS of it without the backpal and seteffect instead. The trees look brighter when I have backpals on because the top of the trees are NPCs.

WAYYYYY to dark. try seteffec .5,.5,.5,.3 ;
something alone those lines. if you adjust the last one it should make the level lighter the first 3 just keep as you have it jsut adjust the last one to make it a lower number.
