npcw script help needed for quest...

Anyone wanna help me make a gigantic quest which i hope to send to the main server eventually?

I need help on making this item:

1. It will be a body suit, wrist band, vest, comthing you can visibly carry on your person.

2. It will have a "h.u.d." system alike the one used in the bank card.

3. The "options" will warp you to certain levels.
Some options will be disabled until a certain quest or object or whatever has be gained or completed.

4. On the warp it will display a nice little portal animation sequence or somthing so it doesn't look like *poof* and you're there.

Any other questions or if you'd like to help feel free to reply.

(or if you'd like to help on the quest itself I can use all of it I can get, becuase I plan for this to be a SUPERFUN quest.)
