if their job isn't to hold events, maybe we need people who have that job... If the "Events team" doesnt hold events...maybe we should get an Events Coordination Team...that does hold events.

That is old. Lycia was the former ETA, everyone hated her because she was not a good ETA and she was fired and banned from the forums. If Valder can, he should get rid of it but I doubt he is able to

well, I'm going to make the events team hold more events since I am tired of a lot of crud and am more strict now. I can't change that announcement because the thing is broken(i think it still is at least).
