NPC limit

i have a question. i created a far where you cna pick berrys and such. but well i put alot f the bushs in the lvl as wel as lighing efect and other npcs. anyway, only 1/3 of them show up.is there a limit to the number of npcs the lvl an hold? the scripts are very small in each bush (there are 80 of them)
