RC Tab Assistance

Hey guys.
Im unsure about setting up different RC tabs and feeding information to them.
Could anyone please let me know how to set them up,
What I'm after is about 1 extra for now, which will have ALL the NC stuff in it.
Also, I want it so only people with NC rights can view that tab.

Make that two! One for NC and one for when someone saves a level it goes into its own tab. When it sends a message to RC, (Level Saved:levelname)
