.05 rate of fire is the best it can be without being completely ridiculous.
If it was 0, every time you pressed D, you would shoot two bullets.

yeah lol
era's skill to read stats has lead guns like the MT or PPSH to be sold for more in shops than the m16, g36c or black lotus
oh and also wil making every gun's fire rate .15 or .2 or .25 limited the choice of guns (smgpk, sten, mt, ppsh, bl, g36c, mp5 sd and probably some more guns are statistically identical except for small differences in spread)
