stacking items

Would be nice if items would stack nicely.

Ex: Scrolls (after being written), maps, etc.

Seems like all of the old maps you have wont stack. Any new maps you get will stack as long as they are the same location (dig spot) if I am not mistaken.

Well yeah, I just think it would be a really nice addition to not have my inventory cluttered with a ton of the same item.

Item stacking is very random. I had maps stacked in 4's from different locations. Some maps and items just doesn't want to stack properly. Chris explained this to me once, but I forgot the actual reason.

It had something to do with the mudlib.
