Balor/Dian Users Fk'd

Noticed this the past few Days.....

If you belong to Dian/ Balor your screwed from all events that require killing

Reason: You arent allowed to use an ability that was legally added to the server which your already limited to use once every half hour as it is.

"Disciples of Balor, Duke of Hell, and of DianCecht, Duke of the Heavens, may now resurrect themselves in their place once they have fallen in battle. You may perform this action once every 30 minutes and takes 0 grace to perform.

Additionally, disciples of DianCecht may resurrect other fallen players by grabbing anyone who is dead. It takes 300 grace to perform but only requires 150 currently in your grace bar."



So by that logic the following should be banned as well from all events:

Brigid from all magic based events because of "Health_Regen +2, Grace_Regen +3,"

Ogma from all melee because of "Poison"

Aengus from all spells/ bow events because of "Spell_Regen +1, Luck +2, Stealth "

Bile from all Melee because of "Drain, Depletion, Death, Life Stealing "

Leucetious because of: "Electricity +30 (Holy Possession: Electricity +95) " cant be having them damn priests using their gods ability to take lower damage from lightning now can we? *sarcasm*

Gov from all Spars because of "Weaponmagic & Fire+20"

O lawdy lawdy cant be having people who follow God's using stats and abilities given to them to their advantage


If Rezing is that much of a threat to spars then set a scripted cap to how much SP/HP/Grace they get upon Rezing..... But punishing users for following those 2 Gods is just lame.....

Simply ban people from using resurrect? If they do so it would be classed as event interruption and they get thrown in the pillory.

Pretty sure that's why he's complaining, that he can't use it and will actually be punished for it because it's "lame" or some other silly reason.

Once you die, you die. It's the equivalent of running back into the arena and carrying on fighting your opponent. Or popping a rest scroll at 1hp. It's a good bmode thing man, you guys have 2 lives, but that shouldnt be allowed in actual spars.

you're not nearly punished.. you just don't get to use your ability. I don't see how that's unfair in any way? Seems kind of ignorant to complain about that when Brigid can't even PARTICIPATE in Archery/Melee spars...

I think everyone should heal to max hp everytime they get to 1 or lower. never ending events incoming

reminds me of an event called "hardcore" or something that I used to host on Zone.

If I cant use the abilities granted to me in the spar, why can Brigid users use Sanc?

I am fine with the rez being retuned to be usable in the spar, its just why be Balor if I cant use any of the benefits. Flaming Aura doesnt work, magic resist doesn't work in spars, rage is useless, viatrol is useless in spars..

Shall I go on?

There's obviously alot that needs to be done to balance the gods, but spar events don't need to be ambushed by people who need to die twice to know defeat.
