Friend pissed off.

So, I got my friend to try era, he liked it, so he bought 2,400 gralets. using pay pal. his email his account is registered to is [email protected]. The support team refused to respond to his Email, and he's pretty pissed off, this happened near a month ago, but, it's your guy's fault for never emailing him back. He has a transaction, thing, but, I'll only show this to Stefan himself. and, he must contact me via this Thread, because, the Email system is unreliable.

Since this has gone so off topic I figured I should refresh everyones memory who's business it is not. According to what records I can see he has not yet received his gelats, so I have forwarded the email to Stefan so he can check into it. I would suggest though that you check with your friend to see if the transaction was ever completed through paypal or if they are waiting for some sort of confirmation. If it has been completed you should of received a transaction ID thats 3 letters followed by 5 or 6 numbers. Not the Paypal transaction ID that is the long one. That is unique to paypal only and not on our records.

There was no need to be threatening though, we do our best to make sure that the people with the authority to handle the issue receives the email. Threats will not get an issue resolved any faster. Chances are if its me you're threatening, I will only move that much slower.

Finaly someone who is not just attempting to up their post count, I'm not sure what your asking me to do, and what code your talking about, or, what to do with it when I find it...
Edit: Also, he lost the money from his PayPal, so, it went through.

Log onto Paypal, find the transaction, click on the details button. In there you will find something similar to this.

Item Title:
Graal Classic Membership + 12 months Gold Subscription + VIP Membership! + packed with Xmas ite, account Bell (Order #00000)
Item Number:
0
Invoice ID:
123456

Date:
Feb 3, 2007
Time:
07:33:13 PST
Status:
Completed

The Invoice ID number is the one you need to put into the email to Stefan so he can track it. In your case it might be a slightly differant look or title. It will most likely be ABC12345
