Goldsuscription fail.

Hey,

i just bought 2x 190 Gralats for my friend via SMS.
We recieved the code and typed it in but it laggs a time and then nothin happens. After retyping it in it says Procedure still in Progress. Please wait. Nothing happens again. Now its sayin the code is already used but my friend didnt recieve any Gralats. Hope you can help us
