Era iPhone - Weapon Upgrades

Weapon upgrades are available-

When you buy a weapon, they have no boost stats. You can increase the damage now, by +1

After two weeks of buying an item (or having an old item) you will have no bonus, after two weeks you will loose -1 damage, after 4 weeks -2 damage.
If you upgrade, you will gain +1 damage. It requires minerals to upgrade weapons and also cash. For each upgrade costs an extra $100. (So from -2 to +1, would mean origional price + 100 [-1 damage] + 100 [-2 damage])

What does this mean: release of new weapons gradually!! yaaaay

Sounds a lot more like a downgrade than an upgrade. I don't agree with (basically) forced upgrades at all, especially when you're expected to buy the weapon AND ammo in the first place. Such a cop-out.

I can understand this, but in return we plan on adding more weapons. What do you suggest to the people that feel the same way as you?
What would you like to see?

The way it was before.

I don't play much, but I do like to be able to come online and kill a bunch of noobies when I DO play. Yeah, it took a few gralat pack purchases, and this is cancelling out the iTunes money I spent! I paid money for those weapons...

An update like this just screams, "We're trying to get you to spend more money, enjoy!" to me, and that is not what it should be about. You should be generating enough money from new weapons and new content alone. It's a casual game, and adding "upgrade or your weapon will downgrade, even when you're not online!" is hardly keeping in touch with that concept.

I noticed that I can pay money to stop my weapon from failing, yes, but I don't want to do that.

wow snk you just killed iEra, thanks. now we have to pay even more weekly to be our best... thanks... at least remove the whole potion/hospital idea... these weekly fees are what is causing Classic to be more successful than Era.

At least you finally uploaded head815.png, glad to see that

Nawww with this update your forcing commitment upon players sucks for when you want to go on holidays and you loose all the money with it. This is a bad decision :/

Horrible. How can you expect someone to be completely dedicated to an iPhone game? It's not realistic. Don't do downgrades over time. That kills ALL incentive for players to return.

Should do random item packages, for $.35c. Could have all the way from minerals to the best gun in the game (low percentage.)

Trash this update. In my opinion, you've killed iEra if you keep this up.
