I believe you gotta sign up with your Graal account/password, and it will be emailed to the email your Graal account is registered to.

That is, I -think-. Not quite sure myself.

Are you checking the same email your Sowling account was registered under? And are you sure you're using your Graal password for it? Also is your account Gold or VIP?

If you're not receiving an email from graal.net (and if you are supposed to, I don't use it so I don't know), your best bet is making a ticket at the Support Center as Crono mentioned.
