RC rights, R overwriting RW

Okay, so a lot of people just give NAT's rights to like:

rw WEAPONS/*
rw WEAPONS/*/*

and so on. That's all well and dandy... but what if you want them to have full rights to everything BUT a few selected weapons? Instead of giving them rights to EVERY NPC instead of the few you don't want them to have, and basically giving them no rights to create NPC's... maybe have it that adding something like:

r WEAPONS/Prohibited/*

Will overwrite RW and let them read it, but not be able to change it. Please?

Isn't there some type of -rw WEAPONS/Prohibited/* already?

Only lets me create/edit Switch/ weapons, but lets me read every other weapons.

I'll try the RW- bit.
And Switch, that's what I mean. I want to overwrite full NC access, not just limit. Say you actually want a person to have access to all scripts and weapons, but you don't want them to have access to a couple specified weapons. That's what I mean.

Well if you gave
rw WEAPONS/*/*
you could just do
r WEAPONS/Special/*
That way they can still read it

"R" does not overwrite "RW" so you would have to do
-w WEAPONS/Special/*
