vBulletin or pretty much any sort of application has this feature.
I get asked all the time on UN how to put pictures in mass messages. It's not that big of a deal but it would make it easier for new and old people alike.
I'm sure it would be very easy to implement.
Edit: The button should say "Insert Image" as I didn't mean attach. |
