Alright, as I said once before, fear does not work. Yet, holy word works. It works very good infact. I worship Bile, and if a Brigid worshipper hits me with Holy Word, it leaves me with about 40 of my maximum 278 HP, leaving me with no real means of retaliation. This is no longer funny. They have -100 fear resistance, so the fear spell (when I cast fear on them, it "misses" them), or my flaming sword of Balor with the fear attacktype should rape them, but uh, this isn't the case.

So yea, how 'bout fixin this?

Yes, you are right it's unbalanced, I think Stefan can fix it a bit.

Right now everyone on Kingdoms has the 'scared' flag which reduces the chance to hit other people/monsters, we will need to add something to remove that, eventually some potion ?

Even if fear were implemented it's just a condition that does pretty much the same thing as blindness. You just have to accept that Brigid's holy orb and holy word are going to own you and not get hit by them.

It's a status effect, not a damage type. Schooled. If this gets corrected, Acid, Confusion, and Slow should be worked on as well. Acid has been disabled since Vitriol was nerfed. Slow has never worked except for dievels / heavils. And Confusion now casts, but has no effect on the enemy.

See, I'm not sure about that. The whole "hitting yourself" thing has always bothered me. I could see being confused enough to hit teammates, but no matter how confused someone gets, would they really manage to stab themselves?

That's not very fair, and it's definitely not very nice. I say try fixing the fear problem so that you guys are even. I don't want holy word raping the crap out of someone with low holy word resistence and they can't do squat about it. I wouldn't be surprised if holy word stopped working and fear was kicking the stuffing out your pitiful, animated body!
