Post Looking for a few people.

I'm starting a PW. The name is going to be decided by the people I get.

Here's the basic idea.

I want to get together one LAT, two scripters, two graphics makers and one person who is good at HTML. I myself will be filling in as the other LAT. I plan to have all major decisions decided by the seven of us. The name and content will be a couple of the decisions that will be made.

I decided to do this in such a way because I think that it is a unique way to build ideals. It isn't limited to what I consider cool or uncool, it is a diversified decision on what is cool.

I'm going to see if this plan works out or not. It's sort of an experiment. I have a blacklist already planned for people who I know to be power hungry, because the way I have the system set up is that power hungry people will get nowhere.

The roster is going to be extremily small, and the people who I hire must provide an AIM s/n and an example of what they can do over AIM or posted here, whichever is more convenient.

Also, the server is just for fun. Don't sign up if you are going to whine about that amount of work getting done. This is not to say that people can sluff off and be lazy, just that the best things take time. It isn't going to be something finished in a week.

How Manager and Co-Manager position will be filled may be a question that is on your mind. I will only accept people who are mature and can make mature decisions. It will be voted upon.

I don't care if you can make graphics/levels/scripts better than anyone on Graal. It is imperative that everyone get along. Not everyone has to agree to what is being said, but they must be able to take a decision that they don't like. I don't want someone saying "Waah I don't like that, I quit >=(" if something doesn't go their way.

This could very well be impossible, but I figure if it does get off the ground it could very well work.
