halloween?

The NPC at unstick said that the halloween events would start the weekend before halloween (last weekend) and that didn't happen. It's now 2 days into the week and we've still seen nothing. 2 Days until halloween I hope something happens so that the kill drops and all that doesn't go to complete waste.
