Undo unlimited computer ban?

well I was on my server and my friend messaged me saying hes banned for hacking.. well when I opened his access there wasn't a computer ban tab and i haven't figured out how to undo it. anyone know?

You would need to know the PC ID that was affected. However, this is not something you should worry about. Have your friend contact

and a Global Admin will be able to get to the bottom of it with their resources.
