Every server has at least one female (or female-dressing male counterpart) but I know that it could be a struggle to include one in servers so male-orientated like Zone. If it is definitely not possible then there's nothing you can do about it really, so it's not that big of a deal. I know the majority of servers do have female players who are pretty good though.
