I can name plenty of current staff members that before they were staff made countless images, levels, events, and never wanted anything for handing them over for use (myself included). These are the people who truly deserve staff rights, and these are the people I look for and hire.

I did not threaten to quit. I did quit. There is a difference. It was Ice, mesh and name etc who told me to stay as they were going to talk to you but sadly you just never listen. I was a PR, threatening to quit wouldn't achieve nothing. I could be let go without a care in the world. I did quit.
Ice, Mesh, alf and so on all supported me to be GA. I had full support besides you. Which infact when Nick got hired you told me "You were next on the list, dont do anything stupid and your next". Seems like you contradicted yourself.

My parents did a brilliant job raising me. I'm 22 and have achieved quite a lot in my life and i'm still young. I don't get or understand this part. However, i do agree on a lot of people this can be an issue.
The rest, i feel has nothing to do with me as i dont see how i fall into that category.
Let me sum it up.
I'm a 22 year old adult who's been hired on this server many times and got a lot done. I've been trusted so therefore trust is not an issue. I've been a gang player for 11 or 12 years. I have a lot of knowledge about changing gangs.
Gang players have suffered for years as nobody really paid much attention to gangs when it should have always been eras #1 Priority. We all know this now but yet every manager still fails to address it.
I cared for era and never kept on asking you. I asked you once when the application process was going on and then 3-4 weeks after Nick got fired. I mean, 3-4 weeks after and the gang issue is still not resolved. I dunno, is that lack of leadership from yourself or? You can answer that one.
To be honest, i see the guys who care for era and they are the ones online 24/7 which you log on once a week and off you go again. The ones who truly care are being casted to the side and the ones in charge only care for the politics. It's why this game never changes.
I had solid plans, you treat GA as a gift. Nobody wants gifted the GA. They just want the rights to do their job and actually fix the gang system. Your message is nonsense and it's wrong when saying that. I never abused, i wouldn't give a **** about spawning. Why would i spawn?
All i wanted was to change things and to give people a fresh reason to play and participate in gangs again. It just seems though that you aren't interested and only want to hire somebody who you either like or can boss around. I'm not hating on you, I'm just defending myself since you are having a go at me and others.
And again I am not having a go at you, but how'd you even get manager anyways when you don't even or rarely played the server? What have you developed or contributed massively to era that you so deserved the manager position? And YET again not blasting you, but in the past did you not spawn and USD? I dunno man, but the same could be said about you your not an angel yourself.
I would of put everything into the gang admin role and i was one of the biggest raiders on era always getting gangs to raid. Not only have you lost out on somebody willing to work hard to change it but you have also lost out on a highly active player getting gangs to raid.
Era has fallen into a ghost town and gangs is the reason. I'm done ranting for now.
Sorry for those who supported me. Maybe someday i can return when a new manager is in place. Gangs has no future for now. Tim is right, this is the last version of graal under this management. Peace out.
